At 3:30 pm on February 6,the report meeting on the realization phase of the SAP Cloud ERP project of Richen was held in the conference room on the second floor of the headquarters of Richen Qingdao.Chairman and general manager Zhang Huajun,head of Richen IT and business departments and key users participated After the meeting,the SAP advisory group participated in the video conference simultaneously.

　　At the beginning of the meeting,Director Lu said that since the project started,it has received strong support from company leaders and various departments.With everyone's active participation,the overall situation and operational context of the SAP project have made great breakthroughs.At the same time,some problems and corresponding solutions in the progress of the project at this stage were also put forward.
　　Mr.Yu,the SAP project manager,participated in this meeting via video.He first expressed his gratitude to the various departments of the company for supporting each other,and at the same time shared the current work progress.The project was officially launched in September 2020.The preliminary work focused on functions and processes.After the Spring Festival,the focus of work will be shifted.Data will be the core and will be gradually advanced to ensure the smooth launch of the project in April.

　　At the meeting, Mr. Zhang emphasized that we must respect habits and establish rules. Facing different channels, it is necessary to define a common principle, and each department shall conduct unified specifications and formulate standards. At the same time, each department needs to strengthen two-way communication with the IT department, sort out long-standing efficiency and management problems, and coordinate with multiple parties to jointly solve project pain points. Promote the smooth progress of the project.

　　Immediately afterwards,each department gave a brief description of the system learning and testing.
　　Sales,purchases,warehousing,production,quality,R&D,and finance respectively report on the progress of the projects in this department and put forward the current project difficulties.Around the pain points,everyone started active discussions,and the SAP project team members also gave answers and countermeasures to the corresponding problems,and said that they will continue to strengthen communication with personnel from various departments after the meeting to effectively solve problems and promote progress.
　　After the exchange,Mr.Yu and Director Lu gave reports and concluding remarks on the main strategy work and development work in the next step.
　　At the end of the meeting,Mr.Zhang affirmed the efforts made by each member of the project team,and encouraged everyone to overcome difficulties,put more effort and care to promote the project and achieve the goal.In response to everyone's hard work in the past few months,Mr.Zhang distributed the Spring Festival red envelopes to the core members of the SAP project team.
